ST. PETERSBURG - The Florida Holocaust Museum is currently recruiting for new docents. Individuals must be able to commit to a seven-week training.
Prospective docents will be taught the history of anti-Semitism, the Holocaust and post WWII genocides in order to give guided tours. Training classes will be held January 23 through March 9, every Monday and Thursday, from 9:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. No prior background in Holocaust education or history is needed.
