CLEARWATER - Indigo Beach Residences, offered by Taylor Woodrow's Tower Division on South Gulfview Blvd. in Clearwater Beach, is accepting reservations for luxury beachfront condominiums and condominium hotel suites.
Bob Glantz, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Woodrow's Tower Division, said 112 two and three-bedroom condominium residences will be developed. The condominiums, which range in size from 2,000 square feet of living space to more than 3,300 square feet, will be priced from $1 million to $2.5 million.
Glantz said 78 one and two-bedroom condominium hotel suites at Indigo Beach residences will be priced from the mid $300,00s.
