BELLEAIR BLUFFS - The Civic Association, in conjunction with the Business Association, will present a $1,000 scholarship at its meeting next Tuesday at the city hall.
This will be the highlight of a program at a meeting that will also review the history of civic associations in the city.
Also on hand will be reports from the yard sale, Easter egg hunt and the museum. The meeting, which begins at 7 p.m., will be preceded by a "sweet treat" time that begins at 6:30.
