The Florida West Coast Orchid Society will hold its monthly meeting on the second Thursday of the month, May 11, at 7:30 p.m., at the Pinellas County Cooperative Extension (Botanical Gardens), 12175 125th St. N., Largo. An educational class is held at 7 p.m. with a short meeting at 7:30 p.m. followed by a speaker. An orchid sale, raffle, and refreshments follow. All visitors are welcome. Free admission and parking.
