CLEARWATER - Island Estates Woman's Club held their monthly luncheon meeting May 16 at My Place Restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach.
A highlight of the meeting was the awarding of two $2500 college scholarships presented by the organization to Teresa Schaedler Bonanno and Rachael Martin.
Installation of officers for the new year are as follows: president, Marie Wadsworth; first vice president, Sue Thompson; second vice president, Betsy Powers; recording secretary, Barbara Ottilie; corresponding secretary, Jan Nagy; treasurer, Shirley Heckert; parliamentarian, Hilda Trew and historian/publicity, Betty Pickford.
