The City of Belleair Bluffs Independence Day Picnic drew quite a crowd as you can see by the above photo. Those attending the celebration at the Belleair Bluffs Community Center on July 1 were treated to free hot dogs and hamburgers, potato chips, soft drinks and cupcakes with red, white and blue frosting. Magician Jason Leeb amazed both children and adults alike with his repertoire of card tricks and a book which burst into flame on command. The Tricky Dog Show was also a hit. Specialty vehicles belonging to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office were on display and craft activities for children were provided courtesy of Pinellas County 4-H.
