Phase One of the Chamber's project to bring WiFi to visitors is now up and running. Phase Two, in partnership with Frenchy's South Beach Café and The Barefoot Beach House will soon extend the area served by this FREE service.
In conjunction with Neuvision Inc. the Chamber is working to offer our guests, within our transmission grid, the ability to connect to the internet at no charge. Now visitors can check email and surf the web while at the beach, at outdoor cafés, and as the phases come online, from other outdoor locations as well.
Some may even be able to connect poolside or in certain indoor areas of local Hotels and Motels, depending on their wireless capability.
WiFi is not a replacement for Internet Service providers and transmission cannot reach through multiple walls.
This service is an added amenity to our already premier destination; and depending on the availability of future partners, can be extended to the Marina district and north Clearwater Beach.
