Wich's goal is to return the garden to its former beauty. Back in April, Wich, who is garden chair, set out to do just that with the assistance of garden co-chair Pikulak, club president Sinnett and members France, Bullaudy and Moreland. Work was scheduled two mornings each week. "The garden was crying out for help," Wich noted last week as she and other members of the original group were busy pulling weeds, trimming shrubs and trees, clearing up debris and spreading mulch with the additional help of volunteers Bushway, Jackson, McCaskill, Helen Buell and Elaine Hartman.
