Bands to Compete at Sound Spectacular

SEMINOLE - The 30th annual Sound Spectacular Competition, hosted by the Seminole High School Band-Aide Boosters, will be held Saturday at the high school, 8401 131st N.

Twenty bands from public and private schools throughout Pinellas County and the state of Florida will perform marching drills, flag pageantry and rifle work by the color guards. The competition begins at 3:30 p.m. Demonstrations will be given by the Seminole Warhawk Marching Band and the University of South Florida Herd of Thunder Marching Band.

The cost is $10 for adults, $8 for students. Ages 5 and under are free.
