TAMPA - The Florida Orchestra (TFO) will perform five free Pops in the Park Concerts around the Tampa Bay area during October.

• Thurs., Oct. 12, at 7 p.m. at Coachman Park in Clearwater
• Fri., Oct. 13, at 7 p.m. at Curtis Hixon Park in downtown Tampa
• Sat., Oct. 14, at 7 p.m. at Vinoy Park in St. Petersburg
• Tues., Oct. 17, at noon at Lykes Park in downtown Tampa
• Sun., Oct. 22, at 7 p.m. at Sulphur Springs Park in Tampa

Conducted by Associate Conductor Susan Haig, the concerts will feature familiar classics as well as Viennese favorites and pop tunes. The concerts at Curtis Hixon Park and Vinoy Park will also include fireworks displays.

Attendees are welcome to bring picnic baskets, blankets, low-back folding chairs and coolers. No alcoholic beverages please.
