CLEARWATER - Countryside Library and volunteer lawyers from the Clearwater Bar Association invite the public to execute a free living will. Living wills information and forms will be available on Tuesday, January 23, from noon until 6 p.m., at Clearwater's Countryside Library, 2741 State Road 580. No reservations are required, and assistance will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
A living will enables individuals to make known to their loved ones their wishes to end of life medical care. Forms for this purpose are also available on the Florida Bar's website at www.flabar.org. Individuals who would like help completing the forms can receive free assistance from volunteer lawyers of the Clearwater Bar at the Countryside Library on January 23.
