CLEARWATER - Chapel-By-The Sea's "Non-Trivial Pursuits" winter/spring adult education series continues on Monday, February 5, from 7:30 - 9 p.m. with "How to Look and Feel 10 Years Younger!" At a time when the average American suffers from accelerated aging with an expanding waistline, shrinking muscles and mental performance, and an overall sense of fatigue, Dr. Steven Masley has designed the "Ten Years Younger Program" - originally featured on the Discovery Channel - for looking and feeling healthier and stronger than you have in a decade and for restoring mental quickness, skin tone and fitness.
Dr. Masley is a physician, nutritionist, author, and the former medical director of the Pritkin Longevity Center in Aventura, Florida. Currently medical director of the acclaimed Carillon Executive Health Program at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, he is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of South Florida. He completed a chef internship at Seattle's Four Seasons to ensure that his advice for nutrition would square with people's desire for tastiness, as well! His passion is empowering people to enhance their lives through lifestyle changes. Dr. Masley can help us jump-start our journey to better health and living in 2007!
Chapel-By-The-Sea Community Church is located at 54 Bay Esplanade on Clearwater Beach. There is no charge for the program. Please call 446-0430 to make reservations or for further information.
