CLEARWATER - If you own a pig, hog, bike, chopper or plain old motorcycle, then this one's for you. Author of Great American Motorcycle Tours, Gary McKechnie will discuss trips for urban bikers, Tuesday, Feb. 6, 7 p.m. at Clearwater East Library, 2251 Drew St. Peter Fonda wrote the forward to the book.
McKechnie has more than 20 years of motorcycle riding under his belt. His travel features have appeared in publications such as the Miami Herald, Washington Post, Chicago Tribute, and United Airlines' Hemispheres. A former advertising copywriter, stand-up comedian, and Walt Disney World Jungle Cruise skipper, McKechnie is a professional speaker and founder of the Charles Kuralt Travel Society.
