PINELLAS COUNTY - Pinellas County Property Appraiser Jim Smith introduces "Your Guide to Homestead and Other Exemptions," an audio-guide on compact disc (CD) explaining the various property tax exemptions available to qualifying citizens of Pinellas County.
"This audio-guide was initially developed with the needs of our visually impaired citizens in mind, but it's helpful to everyone," Smith said. "We want to be certain that anyone who qualifies for an exemption has every opportunity to learn about, and receive, that exemption."
The audio guide is just over 26 minutes in length, and available at libraries within the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative, including the Talking Book Library in Clearwater.
