The legislature is now in session. Let's hope they have the stomach to do the right thing for the citizens of Florida. There are only two items that are really important. REAL ESTATE TAXES and INSURANCE! To insure that the people are served well, we need to keep the pressure on. I urge all citizens to call or e-mail your Representative or State Senator. Here's how:

Now for a market update. The area to which I checked on March 5th runs from Sand Key north through Clearwater Beach to Island Estates. There are presently 841 condos and 200 single family homes on the market that are listed FOR SALE in the MLS. In addition, there are 24 condo sales pending and 5 single family home sales pending. During the month of February, 12 condos closed and 5 single family homes.
Now you see why we need TAX RELIEF!
