Abilities Guild Installs Officers for 2007-2008

At the Abilities Guild General Meeting on May 6, the officers for the fiscal year 2007-2008 were duly installed in a ceremony at the Belleair Country Club. Bill Hollingsworth was installed as president of the Abilities Guild with Anne Lauder as 1st vice-president; Al Tower, 2nd vice-president; Roger Ormerod, treasurer; David Gauler, ass't. treasurer; Judy McSwine, recording secretary; and Deborah Vaders, corresponding secretary. Follow the ceremony guests and members enjoyed dinner and entertainment by the "Divas Delicious" of City Players, Inc. The Abilities Guild raises funds and community awareness of the Abilities Foundation in order that the Foundation may meet the needs of disabled persons with job training, job placement, housing, health and recreational opportunities.
