Bluff Civic Association May Be In Its Last DaysBELLEAIR BLUFFS - The Belleair Bluffs Civic Association is having what could be termed a "make or break" meeting next Thursday, June 28. The meeting at the city hall is designed to attract anyone interested in holding office in the group. According to Pat Arbutine, a spokesperson for the group and who helped found the Civic Association, said, "If there is no slate of officers nominated next week, there will be a vote to disband the group." It is possible that the 4th of July celebration may be the last event the Civic Association participates in. The group is asking for volunteers to help in the kitchen serving. Firemen are doing the cooking.
