
Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin to Hold Membership Informatioin SessionCLEARWATER - The Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin will hold a membership information session on Monday, July 23rd, at 6 p.m., at the Main Library in downtown Clearwater. Women who are at least 22 years of age who are interested in serving the women and children of Upper Pinellas County through volunteering are encouraged to attend. Topics covered will include the mission of the JLCD as well as benefits and requirements of membership. The Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving its community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. In Pinellas County the JLCD was instrumental in establishing projects such as the Community Pride Daycare facility, UPARC and Heritage Village.
