The Pinellas Opera League and Clearwater Library Present "Opera Rocks 3" CLEARWATER - The Pinellas Opera League in Partnership with the Downtown Clearwater Library present "Opera 3," presented by Dr. Michael Blauner and Middy Larson, beginning on Wednesday, September 12. This will be a ten-week season focusing on magic and fantasy, starting at noon until 1 p.m. You can bring a bag lunch or get lunch in the Clearwater Library deli. This year Dr. Blauner will do all the Wednesday talks, and Middy Larson will be the presenter and hostess for two special dates. Set aside October 22, when Middy will preview the life and career of the Metropolitan Opera baritone, Sherrill Milnes, and on Thursday, October 25, come and meet this great singer in person. You will be fascinated by his engaging conversation and he will provide you a glimpse into the hectic life of an opera star. All of these events are free.
