Teen Scrapbooking Workshop to be Held at Palm Harbor LibraryPALM HARBOR - Teens can learn how to immortalize their friends, pets and parties at a scrapbooking workshop to be held at the Palm Harbor Library on Saturday, September 15, from 2-3:30 p.m. Scrapbooking guru Karolyn Boyer from Creative Memories will demonstrate how to create a simple book of memories. She will discuss how to: gather supplies, select, organize and display your photos and add journaling. In fact, she may even show you how to make that family vacation look like it was cool! Pre-registration is required, and there is a $10 materials fee that must be paid at the time of registration.
