Moccasin Lake Nature Park's Fireside Concert Series Slated

CLEARWATER - Fireside Concert Series will be held Saturday, November 10, from 7 to 9 p.m., at Moccasin Lake Nature Park, 2750 Park Trail Lane in Clearwater (Just N.E. of the corner of US 19 and Drew Street- enter from Drew).

The public is invited to listen to and participate in an evening of Native American music and drumming, presented by YaYa, a local Native American performer and artist. In addition, representatives of several local tribes will also share indigenous folklore through storytelling, dancing and more. Native American Artwork and instruments will be on sale during the intermission. Everyone is invited to bring along a drum or percussion instrument to play along during the performance.

During intermission enjoy beverages and toast marshmallows and make delicious s'mores around the campfire. All the fixings will be provided. All this, PLUS one free return trip general admission receipt per person for each paid admission to the concert!

The concert is held indoors during inclement weather. Admission is: 13 years and up - $5, 3 to 12 years - $3, and 2 years and under - $1. This event is drug and alcohol free, suitable for family outings.
