PugsGiving Festival to be HeldLAKELAND - The 6th annual PugsGiving Festival will take place Saturday, November 10, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., at Lake Parker Park (820 East Robson Street) in the Osprey Pavilion. PugsGiving is the largest fundraising event for PROoF (Pug Rescue of Florida). There will be food, fun, games, prizes, vendors, auctions and raffles. You can also get your Pug's picture taken with Santa or if they're ready to take "the plunge." there will be Pug wedding ceremonies as well. The volunteer Pugs will be competing in several contests including costume contests, racing, best tricks and other pug performance events. Any Pug is invited to participate. All the money raised goes directly back toward the care and well being of the Pugs. Every human involved is a volunteer. Feel free to bring your four legged friends and join the fun.
