Humane Society of Pinellas Announces Holiday Season Events
CLEARWATER, - The Humane Society of Pinellas is very excited to announce its schedule for the 2008 holiday season. This is a very busy time of year and HSP wants to remind you about the opportunities available to include the thousands of animals that are helped annually by Humane Society of Pinellas (HSP).
Photo's With Santa
Saturday, November 24, kicks off the yearly Photo's With Santa at HSP. You will have photo opportunities for three weekends; 11/24-25, 12/1-2, and 12/8-9 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. You will be given the chance to be unique with the picture(s) taken as well as the ability to order cards, gift tags and other prints.
Holiday Wreaths
Starting November 24, wreaths will be available for sale. These gorgeous wreaths are made from FRESH Noble Fir and accented with Cedar, blue berried Juniper and Ponderosa Pine Cones, then shipped in refrigerated trucks for quality. Two sizes will be available for $30 and $40.
Light The Way Home
On December 9, at 6 p.m., HSP will have its 7th Annual Light The Way Home Ceremony. This is a very heart warming opportunity and a time that HSP "lights" up the shelter with lights that are purchased in honor and memory of loved ones, both pets and people.
Kiwanis Arts & Crafts Show
Kiwanis Arts & Craft Show is in downtown Safety Harbor on December 9. You will find HSP with Holiday Baskets available for sale. This annual tradition brings creative new gifts into the homes of animal lovers!
