IEYC Memorial Holiday Boat Parade SaturdayThe Island Estates Yacht Club Memorial Holiday Boat Parade is set to illuminate on Saturday, December 8th, (rain date December 9th). The sparkling lights will shimmer off the waterways and create a magical holiday spirit. The boats will assemble at 6 p.m. in Mandalay Channel located between Island Estates and Clearwater Beach. The parade begins at 6:30 p.m. and will navigate throughout many of the Island Estates canals before heading across the Intracoastal Waterway to Coachman Park around 8 p.m. From there the boats will go under the Memorial Causeway Bridge turning into the Clearwater Marina channel before navigating to the Clearwater Yacht Club judging stand. Prizes donated by many area business and city sponsors will be awarded to the best decorated boats. Don't miss the beauty of the lit waterways.
