Conrey is committed to raising awareness and donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Over the past few years, he has coordinated several fundraising efforts for the organization. In his spare time, Conrey trains for a marathon he will run in full bunker gear, to raise money for the family of a fallen Cincinnati Firefighter. Conrey began his career with the department in 2000 and was promoted to Driver Operator in 2005. He is currently assigned as Driver Operator of Truck 48 at the Belcher Road Fire Station in Clearwater.
