"My Husband is Missing in Action"On Wednesday, January 9, the Clearwater Christian Women's Club is hosting their monthly luncheon at the beautiful Cove Cay Country Club on the northeast corner of U.S. 19 and Haines Bayshore in Clearwater. The featured musician is an organist from the Fletcher's Music Store who will be playing a variety of songs for everyone's enjoyment. Joanne Byrns, of Orange Park, Florida, will be the guest speaker. Joanne has a powerful and riveting story to share of how her husband, a pilot in the Vietnam War, was shot down and Missing in Action and the impact this had on her life. All women are welcome. The club is not affiliated with any church or denomination. There are no dues or membership. The luncheon is from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Free child-care is available.
