Lighthouse of Pinellas Benefit Scheduled

BELLEAIR- The Lighthouse of Pinellas Tour of Kitchens is a self-guided culinary tour of eight beautiful homes in Belleair and Harbor Bluffs. There will be cooking demonstrations and samples of cuisine prepared by local chefs.

The chefs include: Chris Ponte (Café Ponte), Tom Pritchard (Island Way Grill/Salt Rock Grill/Marlin Darlin), Bill Mitchell (Apron's/Publix Cooking School), Tom Kern (Marchand's at the Vinoy), Chris Fernandez (Red Mesa), John Lewis (La Maison Gourmet), Brian St. Arnold (Thirsty Marlin), and David Earp (Tuscan's Grill and Cantina).

Each of the homes is uniquely special and with the chefs working their magic, guests will enjoy a glass of wine and watch their demonstrations.

The proceeds from the tour will benefit the Lighthouse of Pinellas. Their Programs have served blind and visually impaired individuals in Pinellas County for more than 50 years.

The tour will be on Sunday, March 30 from 2 to 6 p.m. Admission to the tour is $75 a person or $250 for patrol tickets-which include a ticket to the private sponsor's party. Call Stephanie Smith for tickets at 544-4433.
