The event, which was sponsored by the city and Bluffs Business Association, featured a dessert contest, live entertainment, music and a variety of activities for children, including a bounce house.

Tomlinson, of 432 west side, a Belleair Bluffs shop which carries a unique variety of clothing, jewelry, accessories and gifts, was awarded first place for her "Goody Brownie Bars". Dunlop's "Hornet's Nest Cake" was judged best in that category. Brennan's apple blackberry pie and Brielle's oatmeal cookies also earned them first place in their respective divisions.
