Utilities EZ Pay System to be Down for Maintenance CLEARWATER -Pinellas County Utilities will be performing maintenance on the EZ Pay system this weekend.  The Pinellas County Utilities Customer Information System will be unavailable for information and credit card payments starting Friday, July 11, at 5 p.m.  This service will resume on Monday, July 14, at noon.   Over the weekend, payments may be placed in drop boxes located at:       Pinellas County Utilities   14 South Fort Harrison Avenue, Clearwater  Pinellas County Utilities   6730 142nd Ave, Largo St. Pete Beach City Hall   155 Corey Ave, St. Pete Beach
