Hundreds of Kids Need a Voice in CourtMore than 900 abused, abandoned or neglected children and teens in Pinellas County need a volunteer guardian ad litem to advocate for them in court and the child welfare system. The next class will start Sept. 2 and meet twice a week from 6 to 9 p.m. for five weeks at the Criminal Justice Center on 49th Street in Clearwater.
