SPCA to Celebrate “Christmas in July”LARGO – The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Tampa Bay will celebrate “Christmas in July” from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 26th, at the animal shelter at 9099 130th Ave. N. in Largo. Hundreds of adorable and adoptable pets, both young and mature, are waiting for new loving homes.
