Free Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten at Highland RecLARGO - Pre-Kindergarten is being offered at the Highland Recreation Complex, 400 Highland Ave. This program prepares children for early literacy and kindergarten. Classes will start September 8th and there will be two sessions Class A from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and Class B from 12:30 to 4 p.m. This program is offered free through the state and does not require a recreation card.
