Tour 18,000 Square Feet of Luxury for All Children’s

ST. PETERSBURG – Windstar’s Home of Dreams will provide a rare opportunity for the public to tour a multi-million-dollar waterfront mansion – one of the largest in the Tampa Bay area – that will be open for three weekends starting this month to raise money for All Children’s Hospital.

Tampa-based Windstar Homes, owned by partners Bobby Gross and David Lesser, designed and built the 18,000-square-foot Villa Terranova estate on two homesites with 380 feet of waterfront in St. Petersburg’s prestigious Snell Isle neighborhood.  Windstar Design Group, a division of Windstar Homes, created the interiors.

Villa Terranova, 2040 Brightwaters Blvd., will be open for tours Sept. 27-28, Oct. 2-5 and Oct. 9-12.  Admission is $15 per person and tickets will be sold at the door.  All proceeds will benefit All Children’s Hospital.  Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and noon-5 p.m. Sundays.
