Traffic Calming Will Soon Come to the Skycrest AreaCLEARWATER –Prior to construction, city and construction management staff will be on-hand to discuss traffic calming project details, show project maps, and answer any questions September 30th, 7 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church (at the corner of Hercules and Rainbow Dr.) Traffic calming features will be installed at Cleveland Street, Rainbow Drive, Saturn Avenue, Corona Avenue, and Aurora Avenue. New intersection improvements will consist of four roundabouts, one diagonal diverter, two speed tables, five mini-roundabouts, and several median islands.
