7th Annual Read Around Pinellas Title SelectedThe Pinellas Public Library Cooperative member libraries and community partners have selected the novel The Call of the Wild for the 7th Annual Read Around Pinellas. The novel by Jack London is a classic for both adults and youth and highlights a wide variety of issues. The community reading event will kick off at Moccasin Lake Park on October 4 from 1 to 3 p.m. in Clearwater. Participants will be able to pick up RAP kits that will include reader discussion guides, bookmarks, and free giveaways beginning in mid-September at their local public library. Book discussions and special events are scheduled throughout the months of September and October. This will be another great community wide reading event.
