56 memory screening appointments are available. Registration is required. Please call (727) 462-7500.

Memory loss is typically the first sign of Alzheimer’s disease – the most common cause of mental decline or dementia. Memory screenings are performed inside the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Mobile office and take approximately 15 minutes. Screenings consist of questions and tasks to assess memory that can help lead to the early detection of memory disorders. In addition to free screenings, Memory Mobile will provide outreach education on Alzheimer’s disease, care consultations and caregiver education.
