Clearwater Marine Aquarium Expands Vessel Donation ProgramClearwater – Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) announces a new and innovative fundraising initiative. In partnership with Capital Sales and Services (located in Palm Harbor), CMA has expanded its national vessel donation program to encompass all types of vehicles, including cars, RV’s, trucks and travel trailers. Under many circumstances, these donations can be tax deductible with proceeds directly assisting CMA’s mission to rescue, rehabilitate and release marine mammals back into their natural environment. “This is a great opportunity for us to complement and expand this important program, and continue our mission,” said Clearwater Marine Aquarium CEO David Yates. “We believe our partnership with Capital Sales and Service will prove to be highly beneficial.” The vessel donation program has been in place for 15 years and is the Aquarium’s largest individual fundraising component.
