Recs and ReadsBy Anne McKay GarrisCome January, the Clearwater Library plans to move the 'movie on the bluff' to Clearwater Beach. They'll call it 'movies by the bay'. But it will be the same sort of movies so popular with the audiences in the past. To make it effective, the Friends of The Clearwater Beach Library and Recreation Center have purchased a wide screen TV which will be permanently at the Beach facility. Other plans for the nice new TV are in the making which will entertain the senior citizens as well as the youngsters. And I'm looking forward to using it myself. If you're looking for Christmas decorating ideas, Christmas recipes or Christmas stories to read during the coming season, check out the Christmas books at the Beach Library. It's so convenient, you either pick them up, or order them at the Beach Branch, then pick up and deliver them back. You don't even have to go around the roundabout. Right after Christmas, we'll be telling you about the exciting fundraisers planned by the "Friends" so that more equipment and more programs will be available at our beautiful new center.
