The City of Dunedin's pipe band held a holiday concert Sunday Like the weather, the music was clear and crisp at the City of Dunedin Pipe Band's holiday concert in Pioneer Park Sunday, December 7. The award winning band was founded in 1964. They educate their members and the community in the Scottish arts and set the standard for high-quality, musical performance.
