City of Largo recreation leader Stephanie Simmons discusses the rules for the candy cane hunt at the Highland Recreation Complex on December 20. The fun activity was part of "Red, White & Snow", a holiday party which also featured make-and-take crafts, singing of seasonal songs, a snow drift and an appearance by Santa Claus.
