Those are just a few of the 300 recipes featured in Eckerd Youth Alternatives’ 40th Anniversary Cookbook. The title of the cookbook is Making it Differently and Making a Difference: From Alfredo Rotini to Zucchini Zhan Weinee. Printing and production of the commemorative cookbook was underwritten by Jack and Ruth Eckerd’s grandchildren. SunTrust bank also donated $2,500 to cover cookbook promotional costs. Proceeds from the cookbook will benefit the Jack and Ruth Eckerd Children’s Success Fund.
