
Open Your Heart for UPARC Fashion Show and Luncheon AnnouncedThe Open Your Heart for UPARC Committee, UPARC Foundation and Georgette Diaz, of Georgette’s and The Shoe Salon, announce the venue for the Sixth Annual “Open Your Heart for UPARC” Fashion Show and Luncheon will be in the Tiffany Ballroom of the Belleview Biltmore Resort on Thursday, February 26. The Belleview Biltmore Resort is located at 25 Belleview Boulevard in Clearwater. The show will feature celebrity models and hosts, exquisite fashions from Georgette’s and The Shoe Salon in Tampa, a uniquely choreographed high energy show, select boutique items from Georgette’s, a Chinese Raffle with a wide variety of prizes and our very popular 50/50 raffle. Committee members are working hard to create an amazing luncheon that will delight all of the senses - not just your sense of style. The show frequently is a sell out with a waiting list eager to take advantage of last minute cancellations. With a strong volunteer committee of over 30 women, the “Open Your Heart for UPARC” Fashion Show and Luncheon is sure to be a sell out success once again this year. UPARC, the largest member of The Arc in the State of Florida, provides programs such as employment training, home living skills training, along with its world renowned residential and day programs. These programs are designed to improve the self-sufficiency, self-esteem and quality of life of 500 people with developmental disabilities and their families. The “Open Your Heart for UPARC” Fashion Show and Luncheon will be here before you know it. Individual tickets are $65 and Patron level tickets, which include a listing in the event program, are $80. Tickets for the show’s signature Chinese Auction are $5 each or 8 tickets for $25 if purchased in advance, or $5 each or 6 for $25 if purchased on the day of the event.
