HEP Has Added Two New Faces to its Board of Directors.Phil Beauchamp is a retired former hospital administrator with a career of 40 years. He had the opportunity to merge Morton Plant and Mease Healthcare 10 years ago for the benefit of this community. Phil recognizes the importance of healthcare and the problem with homelessness and hunger in our community. He wants to be able to play some part in a leadership capacity to help improve these problems. Phil has been a friend of HEP for many years. He has three daughters, nine grandchildren, and lives in Clearwater with his lovely wife, Carol. Judy Mitchell is the president of Peter Brown Construction, Inc., overseeing all management, financial, personnel, IT, and risk management for the company. Judy is deeply involved in her community and served as past chairman for the Clearwater Regional Chamber, Morton Plant Mease Health Care, Saint Paul’s School, and Leadership Pinellas to name a few. She has been recognized as a Woman of the Year Finalist by Business Journal, Ms. Clearwater by the Clearwater Chamber, and as Distinguished Alumni of the Year by Leadership Pinellas. Judy has long been involved with HEP as a friend and a member of Women Who Care. She lives in Clearwater with her husband, Jeff.
