Fourth Friday to be Held in Downtown ClearwaterFourth Friday is a Party on three blocks of Cleveland Street, March 27th, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The 400 Block will include a performance by Todd Rundgren produced by Ruth Eckerd Hall in the Capitol Theatre. There will be plenty of excitement outside the theatre as well. The 500 and 600 block will have performances by the Greg Billings Band and the Invasion Band on the Cleveland Street Stage. There will be arts, crafts and food booths, games, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, a HUGE screen TV for the March Madness crowd, a special presentation booth by the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and lots more fun. All Cleveland Street merchants will be open as well with food, beverages and March Madness fun.
