April Films in Pioneer Park
Films begin at dusk at the corner of Main Street and Douglas Avenue in Downtown Dunedin. There is free public parking at Virginia Street and Highland, Wood and Douglas, and Main and Douglas.
Movie Schedule:
- Friday, April 3 – “Brigadoon” (1954): Gene Kelly, Van Johnson and Cyd Charisse (This is Celtic Night in Downtown Dunedin. Dunedin’s Pipe Band will play in Pioneer Park from 5 to 7 p.m. before the movie.)
- Friday, April 10 – “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance” (1962): James Stewart and John Wayne.
- Friday, April 17 – “The Philadelphia Story” (1940): Katharine Hepburn, Cary Grant and James Stewart.
- Friday, April 24 – “A Streetcar Named Desire” (1951): Vivien Leigh, Marlon Brando and Kim Hunter.
