Planned Budget item of the Street Improvement for 4th Street S.W. to Largo Mayor and Commission and City ManagerViewing your meeting on the Government Channel and listening to your City Engineer state his case for additional funds to support the Planned Budget item of the street Improvement for 4th Street S.W. to the tune of 2.2 million, has these thoughts to consider. Not knowing how this appropriation was budgeted, but certainly there are other streets which need greater attention and improvement than this one. A good one to CONSIDER is TROTTER AVE from DRYER to EIGHTH AVE. Two cars, two of anything, have difficulty in passing. The street surface is in need of repair, no curbing, no excess water drainage available. In my view, a street improvement would make more sense here than where your city engineer is spending his time and citizens tax dollars.
