No Bones About It--Kiwanis Pawfest is a Day for the Dogs

Sammi, a 9-year-old border collie, eagerly awaits the opportunity to retrieve the ball which 2-year-old Nicholas Williams will hit off the cone. Nicholas, pictured with dad Nicholas William III, enjoyed the "game" as well, sending the ball flying numerous times to the obvious delight of the dog. The activity was one of several planned for children at Pawfest at Largo Central Park. Sammi belongs to Bruce Blazej of the Kiwanis Club of Largo/Mid-Pinellas, sponsor of the event.
