“The Wisdom of Eve”The Dunedin Showcase Theater’s Final Show of the SeasonDUNEDIN - The Dunedin Showcase Theater proudly presents their final stage show of the season, “The Wisdom of Eve” written by Mary Orr. This production is taken from the original Broadway play which was the basis for the film, “All About Eve.” This classic film featured Bette Davis in one of her most famous cinematic roles. The play is also the source for the musical “Applause” which starred Lauren Bacall. The story tells of the seemingly innocent Eve Harrington, who carefully works her way into the life of actress Margo Crane, both on stage and off. “The Wisdom of Eve” will be performed on the stage in Edinburgh Hall at the Dunedin Community Center located at 1920 Pinehurst Road in Dunedin. Performances will take place each evening from Wednesday, May 6th through Saturday, May 9th at 7:30 p.m. On May 10th, there will be a Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m. Seats are $10 for any show.
