Fun ‘n Sun Concert Series Begins this FridayCLEARWATER – Clearwater’s 56th Annual Fun ‘n Sun Festival concludes this coming weekend with a concert series at Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater. There will be concerts featuring a variety of musical genres including oldies, jazz, and country. Friday, May 1: Q105 Fun ‘n Sun Toyota Concert, gates open at 5 p.m., and the concert begins at 7 p.m. Featuring Tommy James & the Shondells with special guests Herman’s Hermits with Peter Noone, and Thelma Houston. Free general admission. Artist Circle seating area tickets available for $20. Saturday, May 2: WSJT 14th Annual Lexus of Clearwater/Lexus of Tampa Bay Smooth Jazz Fest, gates open at noon, and the concert starts 1 p.m. Featuring Wayman Tisdale, Kim Waters with Maysa, Eric Darius, and Keiko Matsui. General admission, $10 advance, $15 day of show; reserved seating, $20 advance, $25 day of show. Sunday, May 3: WQYK Fun ‘n Sun Toyota Concert, gates open at noon, and the concert starts at 12:30 p.m. Featuring Craig Morgan and Jason Aldean with special guests Heidi Newfield, Chris Young, Love and Theft with the Warren Brothers, Gloriana, Trailer Choir, Justin Moore, Carter Twins, and Suite Caroline.
