Winner of Trashiest Fashion Show Announced
Trashiest Designer winner, Wanda Rosario, 48, of Dunedin, accepts her award from Mayor Patricia Gerard and Fashion designer Bebe Ziegler. Her recycled fashion was made of recycled aluminum cans and tabs and paper remnants. The City of Largo's 2009 Trashy Fashion show on Earth Day, April 22, touted 35 participants and raised more than $2,000 for the Largo Chamber of Commerce Scholarship fund.
